This one pays you for both. Roots Finished Basements finishes basements in new-construction homes across Utah County. We're looking for a closer who can build relationships, earn homeowners' trust, and sell the right basement for each family, not the biggest one. What you'll do

• Knock doors in new Utah County subdivisions 4 days a week, in the late afternoons and evenings when families are home.
• Take a builder's sales team to lunch every week on us, and become the basement person they send new buyers to.
• Run in-home consultations, listen first, design the basement with the family, and close.
• Work warm leads from our postcard mailings and Facebook ads on top of the ones you find. What you'll earn
• $2,000/month for your first 6 months while you build your pipeline
• 7.5% commission on jobs you find yourself, and 5% on leads we give you
• About $65,000 to $80,000+ a year at 20 to 25 basements, with no cap You're a fit if you
• Have done door-to-door or in-home sales before, like pest control, solar, security, roofing, or remodeling.
• Actually enjoy knocking doors and meeting people.
• Would walk away from a sale before you'd push the wrong one.
• Have past customers who'd happily vouch for you.
