Ski 'N See has been Utah's trusted local ski and snowboard shop since 1987. Located right on South Weber Drive, our shop serves as the prime hub for local shredders and mountain-bound skiers heading up Weber and Ogden Canyons toward Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. We are looking for a passionate, drive-oriented Seasonal Assistant Ski Shop Manager to join our South Weber leadership team for the winter season running September 2026 through April 2027 . What You'll Do As the Assistant Manager in South Weber, you will partner directly with the Store Manager to oversee daily shop operations, mentor retail and rental tech staff, and maintain an exceptional guest experience. You will help set the bar for expert gear fitting, customer service standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Lead & Mentor:

Train and coach Prostaff on customer service standards, gear fitting, retail sales techniques, and bootfitting basics.

Drive Store Success:

Motivate the team daily to hit sales goals, optimize items-per-cart, and track store performance.

Shop Upkeep:

Keep the South Weber floor and rental bay clean, fully stocked, organized, and properly merchandised.

Manage Inventory:

Assist with order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and rental gear maintenance.

Collaborate:

Partner closely with the Store Manager on staffing, scheduling, and strategic game plans for busy weekend surges. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail leadership or the ski/snowboard industry. Proven ability to coach, train, and inspire staff in a fast-paced environment.
