Oversee day to day reports, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor inventory levels through effective stock control practices; coordinate purchasing and merchandising strategies to optimize product availability. Implement pricing strategies and sales promotions to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide managerial communication, and supervise shift management to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills Proven experience in retail store management with strong leadership capabilities in supervising teams. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle vendor relations and purchasing negotiations effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control, bookkeeping, and operational procedures. Proficiency with POS systems, retail math calculations, cash handling procedures, and basic accounting principles. Exceptional communication skills for training staff, managing customer interactions, and team collaboration.
