Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing retail environment. Manage employee orientation programs and ongoing training initiatives to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and policies. Oversee day to day reports, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor inventory levels through effective stock control practices; coordinate purchasing and merchandising strategies to optimize product availability. Implement pricing strategies and sales promotions to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide managerial communication, and supervise shift management to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills Proven experience in retail store management with strong leadership capabilities in supervising teams. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle vendor relations and purchasing negotiations effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control, bookkeeping, and operational procedures. Proficiency with POS systems, retail math calculations, cash handling procedures, and basic accounting principles. Exceptional communication skills for training staff, managing customer interactions, and team collaboration.
