Core Functions of the AT&T Sales Assistant Connect personally with customers with AT&T smartphones and wireless plans by identifying their communication priorities and recommending tailored mobile solutions. Lead sales discussions in person that compare device options, data plans, and promotional offers based on customer preferences. Support new activations, account maintenance, smartphone upgrades, and wireless enrollments in person while ensuring every detail is completed accurately. Nurture long-term customer relationships through personalized follow-up, reliable service, and ongoing account support. Demonstrate the benefits of AT&T wireless products by translating features into practical, everyday customer value. Drive customer satisfaction and team sales growth through professional service and relationship-focused sales engagement.
