Full Job Description Job Description:

Provide exceptional customer service, including support for in-house sales activities. Organize and optimize office procedures to improve overall efficiency. Perform accurate data entry, including processing orders, managing invoices, and compiling numerical and factual data. Assist with warehouse operations as needed to support overall business functions. Support sales representatives with administrative and coordination tasks.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Japanese, with business-level proficiency. Strong knowledge of Japanese food products and related terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build positive relationships with customers and team members. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other commonly used office software. Highly organized with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and guidance with consistency and professionalism. Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude. Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
