Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing accounts, facilitating direct sales, and enhancing customer service experiences. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing existing accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Support the sales team in direct sales initiatives, ensuring all leads are followed up promptly.
- Track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business development opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and contribute insights for continuous improvement. Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales or account management preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Starting wage $20/hr, depending on experience upon interview.
