EKR COVER INC.
is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position that supports our daily sales operations, including assisting walk-in customers, answering customer inquiries, processing and following up on orders, and responding to customer messages across social media platforms. The ideal candidate has strong communication and multitasking skills, is responsible and proactive, and enjoys working in a customer-focused sales environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers and support daily sales activities. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Respond to messages during livestreams on social media platforms and follow up on customer messages and inquiries. Process customer orders, track order status, and assist with product sales and related follow-up. Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook . Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable. At least 1 year of sales or sales assistant experience ; experience in retail, automotive, or related industries is preferred.
