This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about wireless technology, and helping customers find services that fit their communication needs. AT&T Sales Agents receive hands-on experience in wireless sales, telecommunications, customer service, account support, customer engagement, and relationship building. No previous wireless or sales experience is required. We provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and continued support to help new team members develop the product knowledge and communication skills needed to succeed.

AT&T Sales Agent Responsibilities:

Meet with customers and businesses to assist and identify their wireless, internet, and connectivity needs Explain AT&T wireless plans, devices, service options, promotions, and account features Recommend solutions based on each customer's preferences, usage, and budget Answer questions about products, pricing, promotions, upgrades, and service options Assist with new service enrollments, account updates, activations, and order processing Provide professional customer support throughout the consultation and enrollment process Maintain accurate information regarding customer interactions, accounts, and completed transactions Stay current on available AT&T products, wireless services, promotions, and campaign updates Participate in team meetings, product training, coaching, and professional-development sessions Work with team members and leadership toward individual and campaign performance goals

AT&T Sales Agent Key Qualifications:
