Duties/Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and multiply investor relationships
• Show and host 3+ open houses on a weekly basis
• Negotiate and close deals with an investor-centric mindset
• Analyze investment opportunities and drive growth

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Sales experience, preferably in real estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and resourselfulness
