• Help clients identify their needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and life insurance products. Support the Sales Team
• Work alongside licensed agents to ensure smooth client onboarding, accurate policy processing, and timely follow-up. Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
• Uphold Trumble's reputation for outstanding service by maintaining clear communication, empathy, and professionalism with every client interaction. Contribute to Team Success
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, participate in training, and share ideas that improve efficiency and results. Develop and Grow Professionally

Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, relationship building, team collaboration, follow up, organization

Technology:

Google Workspace, CRM, typing, ability to utilize AI to tighten communication

Certifications/Licenses:

Property & Casualty Insurance License Pay:
