Poppin Popcorn is hiring a Sales Rep Assistant to support our sales team. We sell gourmet fundraising popcorn/products that helps youth sports and school groups raise money, with home delivery across our territories. This is a hands-on support role. You will keep sales reps moving by printing materials, answering phones and emails, assembling sample kits, and handling the day-to-day details that close more fundraisers. If you like staying organized, following through, and being the person a sales team can count on, this is a good fit. What you'll do Print, organize, and pack sales materials, flyers, order forms, and leave-behinds Answer phones and emails for assigned sales reps and route requests quickly Assemble sample kits and product packages for schools, coaches, and organizations Track outgoing shipments Help keep CRM notes, follow-up lists, and territory paperwork current Coordinate deliveries, and meeting materials so reps stay on schedule Follow up on routine customer questions after the rep has made the initial contact Support seasonal fundraising rushes with extra packing, labeling, and admin work What we're looking for Reliable, organized, and comfortable juggling several small tasks at once Clear phone and email communication Basic computer skills (email, printing, spreadsheets, online order systems) Ability to lift and pack sample boxes (typically 10-25 lbs)
