Job Description

The First Year Experience (FYE) Assistant provides support for the facilitation and tracking of the First Year Experience for students enrolled in the FYE program. This role assists with the administrative aspects of FYE to ensure the accurate tracking of FYE requirement completion. The Assistant works directly with FYE and Engagement Services staff to record FYE requirements in student courses. Additionally, the FYE Assistant provides front office support as needed to FYE students with technical issues. Now hiring for the Fall 2026 semester. All applicants MUST meet the following criteria or will be marked 'disqualified':

a current student at Macomb Community College taking

AT LEAST 6

credit hours.

currently have a work-study award given by Financial Aid
