Description The Sales Administrator is accountable to provide administrative, planning, and coordination support to the corporate sales departments in the areas of process documentation, report generation and analysis, and related clerical activities and tasks. The Sales Administrator is accountable to provide personal assistance to the CCE Sales Manager, various sales department administrative tasks and reporting, and special projects assigned by sales management.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Reconcile merchandising claims account balances and provide up to date reports on a routinely scheduled basis. Conduct monthly physical inventory on attachment inventory. Weekly report to be provided on routine basis. Assist accounting in month-end accruals process at month end. Also, review actual Cost of Sale report monthly and compare to quote workup to find major discrepancies. Review all shop invoices against estimated PO# amount, and flag major discrepancies that require management attention. Maintain pertinent sales information on intranet site.
Examples:
Invoice folders, rate sheets, updated sales literature, etc. Coordinate various meeting logistics and prepare all meeting materials (agendas, presentation slides, handouts, etc.). Administer salesperson training program. This includes handling registration logistics and online program sign-ups, providing management with progress updates for each salesperson, assisting in creating learning plans for each rep, etc. Coordinate all registration/logistics for customer entertainment, trips, events, etc. Maintain sales calendar for events, meetings, governmental bid dates, etc. Also assist CCE Sales Manager in managing personal calendar for meetings, customer visits, and CAT related engagements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent, plus 4-6 years dedicated experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree, plus at least 2-3 years related experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent customer relations, written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
