Job Description

We are a rapidly expanding telecommunications sales organization recognized for accelerating customer acquisition and increasing market presence across both regional and national markets. In collaboration with AT&T, a leader in wireless and broadband innovation, we provide dependable, high-speed solutions that keep customers connected every day. We are seeking a driven, customer-oriented Entry Level Sales Agent to join our growing team. As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you will engage directly with customers to assess their needs, recommend appropriate wireless and internet solutions, and ensure a smooth, end-to-end sales experience. The Entry Level Sales Agent position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, building strong relationships, and developing their skills in sales and customer service.

Entry Level Sales Agent Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing AT&T customers Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend customized wireless and internet solutions Clearly explain AT&T products, services, and promotions in an engaging manner Deliver consultative sales presentations that generate interest and drive conversions Build and maintain lasting customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals Record daily sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and effective problem-solving Collaborate with fellow representatives and leadership to refine sales strategies Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve performance

Entry Level Sales Agent Qualifications:
