Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Licensed Sales Agent is responsible for identifying and engaging seniors who may benefit from long-term care services and Medicare Advantage plans. This is a field-based outreach role focused on building relationships within the community and connecting eligible individuals to available healthcare coverage. This position does not require prior Medicare experience. Training is provided for candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, outreach-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person outreach within the community, including visits to doctors' offices, clinics, pharmacies, senior buildings, and senior centers etc to identify potential enrollees. Promote awareness of long-term care benefits and help individuals understand available long term care plan options. Assist prospective members in navigating the enrollment process while adhering to applicable guidelines and internal procedures. Serve as a visible representative of the organization in the community and establish trust-based relationships with seniors and caregivers. Participate in events and initiatives aimed at increasing visibility and outreach among the target population. Stay informed on relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, including CMS marketing and enrollment guidelines. Attend ongoing training sessions and sales meetings to maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and regulatory standards. Ensure all required documentation and materials are accurately provided during the enrollment process.
