As an AT&T Client Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting customer outreach and sales initiatives while helping our team achieve performance goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. As an AT&T Client Assistant, you will: Assist customers in person by identifying their individual needs and recommending products and services that align with those needs Process sales and customer transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring each interaction is tailored to the customer Explain pricing options, current sales promotions, installation timelines, and other relevant product or service information Recommend additional products or services when they can provide added value to the customer Participate in AT&T Client Assistant training sessions and virtual meetings to stay informed on AT&T products, sales promotions, and service updates Communicate with customers in a professional, approachable, and solution-focused manner Build positive customer relationships through attentive service and personalized sales support

AT&T Client Assistant Qualifications:

A strong willingness to learn and develop new professional skills A natural ability to identify challenges and find effective solutions Strong communication and active listening skills The ability to connect comfortably with a variety of customers and personalities A positive, professional, and helpful attitude when working with customers and team members Prior AT&T Client Assistant experience is a plus.
