Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Engage with customers in person and through phone calls to generate leads Understand customer needs through active listening and effective questions Present vehicle options and guide customers through the sales process Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale Build strong customer relationships and follow up as needed Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Stay informed about inventory, market trends, and competitors Salary is fully based on commission

Requirements:

Previous sales experience and strong knowledge of CRM(automotive experience is a plus) Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Positive attitude and professional appearance
