Job Description

Foxlane Homes Philadelphia seeks an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to work along-side our experienced Sales Team. The Sales Assistant supports the New Construction Sales Team by providing exceptional customer service and assisting prospective homebuyers throughout the sales process. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, maintaining the sales office, coordinating appointments, preparing sales documentation, managing customer communications, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from initial inquiry through closing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist prospective homebuyers visiting model homes and sales centers. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online lead systems. Schedule and coordinate appointments, tours, and follow-up communications. Maintain accurate customer records and update database. Assist with preparation of contracts, sales reports, and other administrative documents. Support marketing initiatives. community events, and model home presentations. Monitor inventory, pricing, and community information to support the sales team. Ensure the sales office and model homes are organized, professional, and welcoming.
Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with a team and independently. Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous customer service, administrative, or sales support experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed. Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
