Responsibilities of a Verizon Sales Assistant Connect with customers to understand their internet needs and introduce Verizon FiOS solutions. Explain the benefits of fiber-optic internet, including faster speeds, reliable connections, streaming, gaming, and connected home technology. Provide personalized recommendations and create a positive customer experience. Assist with customer questions, account enrollment, and service information. Maintain accurate customer records and follow company sales procedures. Collaborate with your team to achieve goals while participating in ongoing coaching and development.
