East Side Advisory is hiring a Verizon Sales Assistant to represent Verizon's wireless and internet services. As a Verizon Sales Assistant, you'll work directly with customers to explain internet plans, mobile devices, Verizon wireless options, and home connectivity options. You'll learn how to ask the right questions, recommend solutions, and create a positive customer experience. What You'll Do Meet with customers as a Verizon Sales Assistant Introduce Verizon internet, wireless, and home service options Explain internet plans, pricing, features, and promotions Recommend internet and wireless solutions based on customer needs Assist with account setup and service questions Build strong customer relationships through clear communication Work toward individual and team sales goals Maintain accurate customer information and enrollments Collaborate with your team to improve internet sales performance We're looking for a Verizon Sales Assistant who is: Friendly, confident, and comfortable meeting new people Motivated to learn sales and customer service Reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented Positive and comfortable in a team environment Interested in wireless, internet, and telecommunications Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
