Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Megan Marshall Insurance Agency | Burleson, TX Full-time | In person Megan Marshall Insurance Agency is looking for a licensed sales agent who enjoys building relationships and helping people protect what matters to them. You'll work with prospective and existing customers to identify their needs, explain coverage options, and grow our home, auto, life, and commercial insurance business. What you'll do Follow up with incoming leads and develop new business through referrals and outreach. Talk with customers about their coverage needs and prepare accurate quotes. Explain coverage and pricing clearly so customers can make informed decisions. Complete applications, collect required information, and follow agency procedures through the binding process. Identify opportunities to help existing customers with additional coverage. Keep timely, accurate notes and follow up on open quotes. Partner with our customer service team to give customers a smooth handoff after the sale. What we're looking for An active Texas General Lines insurance license. Insurance sales experience and a track record of following through with customers. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Confidence discussing coverage options and asking for the sale. Attention to detail and the ability to follow underwriting and agency procedures. Comfort using email, phone, and agency software throughout the workday. What we offer Base pay plus opportunities to earn performance-based compensation.
