This position is primarily focused on inbound calls from prospective and existing customers, although outbound calls do occur several times each day. The ideal candidate is someone who is assertive, self-driven, and demonstrates a sense of urgency in each interaction. Punctuality and attendance are critical. During our busiest season (typically, May through September) we rotate Saturday phone coverage.
