You'll work with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies on their most strategic AI initiatives, bridging business and technology and earning the trust of customer experience leaders, knowledge managers, and AI experts. What You'll Do Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, shape deal strategy, and win enterprise deals Lead technical discovery and bring customer use cases to life with tailored, outcome-driven demos Design and run proofs of concept with clear success criteria to prove business value and accelerate deal cycles Use AI tools and automation to speed up research, demo builds, RFP questionnaire responses, and account planning What You Bring 5-10 years of experience as a sales engineer or solutions consultant in enterprise SaaS, with a track record of winning large deals Executive presence and AI credibility to engage senior leaders on generative and agentic AI (LLMs, RAG, agents, guardrails, governance) and turn technical capabilities into business value and a clear reason to choose eGain. Hands-on understanding of APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and integration patterns, with the ability to explain them clearly to any audience AI-first way of working, with a track record of using AI tools to automate and scale sales engineering work Our Hiring Process is "Easy with eGain" Step 1 Written test Aptitude section - this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less) Functional section - this is a take-home test Step 2 Panel interview Next step Email your resumé to hiring@egain.com with the position title "Senior Sales Engineer" in the email subject.
