Overview:

Responsible for supporting HVAC sales through technical expertise, customer consultation, and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare bid proposals, job layouts, and product specifications for hydronic and steam boiler systems Provide technical support on product selection, troubleshooting, pricing, and application suitability Develop and evaluate quotes, bid submissions, and alternative solutions to meet customer needs Coordinate sourcing of materials and manage purchase orders and inter-branch transfers Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver accurate, competitive proposals Monitor long-lead orders and provide timely customer updates to ensure strong service delivery Recommend inventory and pricing adjustments to support business growth and competitiveness Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting sales expansion strategies

Qualifications:

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, heating, or related technical field Ability to design layouts and specify components for boiler systems preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general computer tools Top Workforce Solutions is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
