Duties:

Coordinate between customers, engineering, sales, purchasing, and accounting to develop accurate quotes for custom industrial equipment Collaborated with customers to gather technical specifications, streamlining communication with engineering teams Evaluate customer specifications and drawings Research and develop plans and support the design of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical products and systems based on information provided by customers Act as the liaison between Production/Engineering and the customer Coordinate with the customer, sales representative, regional sales manager, and customer service technician on field issues Work with customers, contractors, vendors and purchasing to resolve warranty issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline 2+ years of experience in a sales or applications engineering role within an industrial equipment engineering/manufacturing company ("engineered to order" product) HVAC, refrigeration, or similar equipment experience a plus (but not required) Experience working with an ERP/MRP system Strong Microsoft Office (Excel) skills Strong communication skills Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Salary:

$90-110K
