Description Our client, a trusted leader in life sciences compliance and data solutions, is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team. Serving as a pre-sales consultant, this role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to help shape customer decisions around products, data services, APIs, integrations, and workflows. The Product Specialist will deliver tailored product demonstrations, support RFP/RFI responses, lead technical discovery sessions, and translate customer requirements into practical solution recommendations. This position requires strong communication skills, comfort working with data and technology, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with APIs, data integrations, CRM platforms, SQL, and enterprise software is highly preferred. Experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus. This is not a pure implementation role and is not a traditional Account Executive position. The successful candidate must be comfortable bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into practical business solutions. Candidates with experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical devices, or HCP/HCO data environments will stand out. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and enhance customer engagement is highly desirable. Familiarity with Salesforce, SQL, data mapping, JIRA, and Confluence is strongly preferred. Experience Level Intermediate to Senior Level (Typically 3-8+ years of relevant experience) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Randolph, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $67.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
