Job Description

Job Description Amazon Prime Air (PA) is seeking a Product Support Engineering (PSO) Service Engineer to deep-dive system and component investigations for the Prime Air Drone system, driving improved reliability within our ultra-fast drone delivery operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring a high degree of technical reliability within the drone system. You will be managing end-to-end parts field return operations, ensuring components are properly reviewed, documented, and dispositioned in a timely manner. Working closely with design engineering and service engineering staff, you will power a flywheel of continuous improvement in the drone system by engaging directly with actual failure modes and reducing known failure rates.
