Sales experience is a plus, but attitude, ambition, and hustle matter more! Compensation & Earning Potential Estimated earnings: $20-$25 per hour, with potential to earn more! This is a draw-plus-commission sales position , not a traditional hourly wage. The advertised range represents estimated earnings based on sales performance.
