About Zuma Nutrition Zuma Nutrition makes whole-plant herbal supplements built around protocols: targeted cleanses that start a customer's journey and daily formulas that carry it forward. More than 120 independent health food stores, co-ops and practitioners carry our line, and many have grown into full-line partners who recommend us by name. Every product ships with a Certificate of Analysis. The role We're building a small, elite wholesale team of four reps, and we're looking for experienced closers who love this category. You'll own a territory end to end: open new stores, grow existing ones into full-line accounts, and make sure store staff know exactly who each product helps. You'll have real support behind you, including CEO-led staff trainings, samples and a recorded training library. What you'll do

• Prospect and open new independent health food stores, co-ops, pharmacies and practitioner offices in your territory
• Grow existing accounts: reorders, new SKUs and full-line placement
• Visit stores in person on a regular cadence; run demos and in-store education
• Book retailer staff trainings and sample programs for top accounts
• Work assigned Faire and marketplace accounts and convert them into direct relationships
• Log every call, sample and order in our wholesale CRM and report weekly on pipeline
• Use AI tools (we use Claude) to research accounts, prep visits and automate follow-ups
• Attend regional trade shows and natural-products events How we'll measure success
• New active accounts opened per month
• Reorder rate and revenue growth across your book
• Accounts moved to the full Zuma Nutrition line
• Wholesale revenue against quota What you bring
• 3-5+ years of outside sales in natural products, supplements or wellness CPG
• Existing relationships with independent health food store buyers in your region
• A closer's mindset: you open doors, ask for the order and follow up relentlessly
• Confidence presenting to store owners and teaching staff in small groups
• Organized, self-directed and comfortable working remotely with a CRM
• Real passion for herbalism and whole-food nutrition
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Nice to have: practitioner-channel experience; nutrition or herbalism training; bilingual. Compensation and perks
• Base salary: $50K-$60K, OTE $100K-$120K
• Commission on net paid wholesale invoices in your territory
• Territory exclusivity; accounts you open stay credited to you
