What You'll Do Drive new subscriber sign-ups through door-to-door outreach across your assigned territory. Organize and run pop-up sales events at community locations, businesses, and local gatherings. Build lasting relationships with residents, business owners, and community leaders. Educate subscribers on our packages and guide them to the right fit — not just the easiest sale. Help subscribers through sign-up and installation scheduling, and keep accurate records of your activity. What You'll Earn You'll start with a $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission — and there's no waiting period before you can earn big. What you make is up to you, starting on day one. What We're Looking For A self-starter who is motivated, competitive, and energized by hitting goals. Strong people skills and genuine comfort talking with subscribers face-to-face. Reliability, honesty, and a professional presence in the community. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Sales or subscriber-facing experience is a plus — but drive and coachability matter most. FLSA Classification This is a non-exempt position. An employee in this role is compensated hourly and is eligible for overtime for hours worked over forty (40) in a work week. Safety In pursuant of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act 593, this position is a designated safety-sensitive position.
