Job Description
Bathroom Design Consultant (Outside Sales)
+ Run two pre-qualified appointments per day (approximately 10 per week)
+ Conduct in-home consultations and assess customers' remodeling needs
+ Build rapport with homeowners and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
+ Guide customers through the sales process and set clear expectations
+ Close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience
+ Attend two in-person sales meetings each month
+ Support team success while maintaining high professional standards
+ Two or more years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
+ Experience in bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales is a plus
+ Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
+ Professional appearance with a customer-first attitude
+ Comfortable using iPads, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Drive
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
+ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results
+ Full-time
+ Five days per week
+ Available to work at least three Saturdays per month
+ Appointment times vary based on customer availability + 100% commission-based position following a two-week paid training program
+ Annual earning potential of $125,000-$300,000+, with top performers exceeding $200,000
