Role Description We're seeking a full-time sales representative to guide customers through the process of designing and building custom, highly complex fire apparatus . This is a full-time fire apparatus sales role with heavy travel, and applicants can be based anywhere in central or northern California . The sales representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting Rosenbauer fire apparatus. Additional tasks include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, promoting parts and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the full sales cycle. Desired Experience Strong knowledge and experience with fire apparatus Direct experience working in or around the fire service Desired skills Strong sales acumen and client relationship management skills Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Skilled relationship builder with a long-term focus on customer satisfaction Job Requirements Ability to travel 50-75% in any given week, both throughout assigned California territory and occasionally to Rosenbauer manufacturing facilities across the Midwest. About Us Burton's Fire is the authorized dealer for Rosenbauer Fire Apparatus in Northern California and Hawaii. Burton's Fire specializes in the sale of custom-built Rosenbauer apparatus, service and repair on all makes and models, chassis change-overs, refurbishes, wreck repairs, pump overhauls, electrical work, and aerial services. We offer both in house service and mobile repairs.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
