The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills, a keen eye for valuable vehicle opportunities, and the ability to assess vehicles and make sound purchasing decisions. This is an active, field-based role suited for a self-starter who takes initiative, builds relationships with sellers, and consistently pursues new opportunities rather than relying solely on incoming leads. Responsibilities Develop a consistent pipeline of potential vehicle purchases. Contact sellers, qualify vehicles, and schedule inspections or appointments. Conduct face-to-face vehicle inspections and evaluate overall condition. Identify vehicles that fit the company's inventory needs and buying criteria. Negotiate purchase prices and structure deals that meet company profitability targets. Complete vehicle purchases professionally and efficiently. Build relationships with repeat sellers, local vehicle owners, and referral sources. Requirements High school diploma or GED certificate Bachelor's degree in business (preferred) Several years of automotive sales experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Sales and trend forecasting abilities Salary Description $52,000 - $120,000 Annually
