Job Summary Arctic Air is seeking a motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to promote our residential air conditioning services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with homeowners, generating sales opportunities, and earning based on performance. Responsibilities Approach homeowners door-to-door to promote residential air conditioning services. Generate leads, present sales opportunities, and close sales. Explain product features, benefits, and company promotions to prospective customers. Meet sales goals and performance expectations. Represent Arctic Air professionally in the community. Qualifications HVAC or indoor air quality product knowledge Previous door-to-door sales experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented. Comfortable approaching homeowners and working outdoors.
