Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist showroom visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere Understand customers' automotive needs and preferences through active listening and consultation Match customers with suitable vehicles based on their interests and requirements Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to prospective buyers Facilitate the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends Follow up with potential customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and dealership goals

Skills and Qualifications:

Two years of sales experience is required Car sales experience preferred but not required, however must have professional sales experience A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for sales and customer satisfaction Identify the needs of a customer, recognize their buying signals and close the deal while building trust and rapport Results oriented and driven to hit sales metrics and goals
