You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, attending networking events, presenting our outsourcing services, and closing new business. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Millbrae, California. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business opportunities Contact potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and in-person outreach Attend local networking events and represent VA Hub professionally Understand each prospect's staffing needs and recommend the right outsourcing solutions Conduct sales presentations, follow up with leads, and close new clients Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activity Build long-term relationships with clients Consistently meet sales targets and performance expectations Qualifications Previous sales experience is required Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with outbound prospecting Professional, dependable, and results-driven Able to work full-time and in person in Millbrae Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to meetings and events Compensation $30 per hour Commission on closed business Full-time schedule 9-5pm M-F Location Millbrae, CA — in person To apply, please submit your résumé and a brief explanation of your sales experience, including the types of products or services you have sold.
