Job Summary Royal Brass Incorporated is seeking a Full-Time Counter Sales Representative to support our San Jose Parker Store. This role focuses on customer service, custom hose assembly, and warehouse operations . Royal Brass is a family-owned and operated business serving the San Francisco Bay Area for over 74 years . As a full-line Parker Fluid Products distributor , we pride ourselves on our commitment to service, product knowledge, and inventory availability . We currently operate two Parker Stores in San Jose and Pacheco. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and counter sales support
• Fabricate custom hose assemblies by cutting hoses to length and attaching fittings
• Identify fittings and assist customers with product selection
• Pull orders for inside and outside sales teams
• Receive and process incoming shipments from Parker and other suppliers
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments
• Operate hose saws, crimpers, grinders, and other mechanical equipment
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Report inventory shortages to the Warehouse Manager
• Handle cash transactions and upsell additional products when appropriate Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve
• Mechanically inclined with basic product knowledge preferred
• Ability to read and understand written orders, measurements, and basic math
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, or air products is a plus (training provided) Pay depends on experience.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
