Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our HR consulting and recruiting team. This role focuses on building relationships with companies, understanding their hiring needs, and introducing our recruiting and HR services. The ideal candidate has sales experience and a good understanding of HR or recruiting . You should be comfortable speaking with business owners, HR managers, and hiring managers, and be able to identify their hiring needs and provide the right solutions. Responsibilities Develop new business and identify potential company clients Reach out to business owners, HR managers, and hiring managers Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend suitable recruiting solutions Introduce and explain our recruiting and HR consulting services Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Follow up with potential and existing clients Coordinate with our recruiting team to support client hiring needs Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information Meet individual sales and business development goals Qualifications Sales, recruiting, HR, staffing, or business development experience preferred Experience working with HR or recruiting services is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making phone calls, sending emails, and communicating with business clients Able to understand client needs and explain services clearly Self-motivated, organized, and good at follow-up Able to work independently and manage multiple clients Bilingual in English and Chinese We are especially interested in candidates who have experience in HR, recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales and want to combine their HR knowledge with sales and business development.
