Thurs, Fri, Sun) Celine Med Spa in Seal Beach is expanding our team and looking for a high‑energy, patient‑focused Aesthetic Sales Representative to oversee front desk operations and drive treatment sales three days per week: Thursday, Friday, and Sunday . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment and loves helping patients feel confident, informed, and excited about their treatment journey. Position Overview You will be the face of the clinic during your shifts—managing front desk operations, guiding patients through treatment options, supporting medical providers, and ensuring a seamless, luxury experience from check-in to check-out. Strong sales ability and multitasking skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations — Greet patients, manage check-ins/check-outs, maintain a polished and welcoming environment. Aesthetic Treatment Sales — Educate patients on treatment options and confidently upsell services such as RF Microneedling, Neurotoxins, Fillers, Sculptra, Laser Hair Removal, Xerf, and more. Scheduling & Call Management — Answer phones, manage bookings, optimize provider schedules, and support high-volume days. Patient Onboarding — Assist with intake forms, consent paperwork, pre/post-care instructions, and treatment preparation. Clinic Coordination — Oversee daily operations, support providers, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth workflow. Upselling & Membership Growth — Promote packages, memberships, and treatment plans to increase patient retention and revenue. Required Qualifications Must be available Thursday, Friday, and Sunday Minimum 1-2 years experience in Aesthetic Dermatology or Medical Aesthetics Strong knowledge of treatments: RF Microneedling, Neurotoxins, Fillers, Sculptra, Laser Hair Removal, Xerf , and related services Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals High-energy personality with excellent multitasking abilities Professional, polished communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment BiLingual a BIG Plus!
