Duties Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals across all channels. Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of associates and assistant managers to ensure high performance and professional development. Manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive experience. Assist in budgeting processes, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management with a strong background in supervising teams within a fast-paced environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams confidently and foster positive customer interactions. Organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
