The Opportunity We are hiring motivated door-to-door sales representatives to sell professional Christmas light installation packages and multi-year subscription agreements, including 2

• and 5-year contract options. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, overcoming objections, and closing deals. You will be responsible for generating your own opportunities by canvassing residential neighborhoods, presenting our services, and converting homeowners into paying customers. Responsibilities Canvass targeted residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners. Introduce our professional Christmas light installation services and explain the benefits of hiring a professional. Present available service packages, pricing, and multi-year subscription options. Build rapport, answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales. Collect accurate customer information and ensure contracts are completed correctly. Follow up with interested homeowners and previously contacted prospects. Coordinate with our installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service. Maintain a professional appearance and represent our company positively in the community. Track daily activity, leads, appointments, and closed contracts. Compensation Performance-based earning potential with no fixed commission ceiling. Earn approximately $250

•500+ per closed sale , depending on the package sold and the commission plan. Qualify for additional bonuses by reaching monthly or seasonal sales targets. Receive training on our services, sales process, objection handling, and closing techniques. Have the opportunity to grow into a sales leadership role as the company expands.
