Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Flooring Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the key driver of customer engagement to provide guidance on flooring products to customers as well as the management of jobs sold. (Pay is negotiable based on experience) Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection from inside the store to at their homes. Providing guidance through the entirety of the job answering questions and concerns of the customer. Provide accurate estimates to customers for all of their floor covering needs. Manage POS systems for receiving payments. Coordinate with installers and customers to get projects started and ensure that the projects are completed to the satisfaction of the customer. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or construction sales with a focus on high-end or remodeling projects. Knowledge of flooring materials or renovation processes is highly desirable, but not required if you are eager to learn. Excellent negotiation skills with a talent for closing deals effectively. Good communication skills—both verbal and written— as well as organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently. Basic math skills for estimating costs, measurements, and project planning. Experience in customer service roles within retail or remodeling environments is preferred. Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 70 lbs Must have a valid drivers license.

Pay:

From $60,000.00 per year
