Closet Factory has led our industry for over 40 years, designing custom solutions for every room in our clients' homes. Demand, along with our partnerships with Costco and Lowe's, has us growing across Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, and Southern Rhode Island. We want to hire the top 3 candidates as soon as possible. What you'll do You'll meet clients in their homes or at our showroom. You'll measure the space, learn how they live, and design a custom solution that fits what they need, how they want it to look, and what they want to spend. That could be a walk-in closet, home office, pantry, garage, wall bed, entertainment center, mudroom, or laundry room. Then you'll present the design, price it, and close the sale. There's no cold calling. Our office books qualified appointments with homeowners who reached out to us and are expecting you. Designers who want to grow faster can also build their own referrals and repeat business. Where you'll work You'll be assigned appointments close to where you live, in one of these counties:

Connecticut:

Hartford, Litchfield, Tolland, New London, and Windham Massachusetts:

Hampden and Hampshire Rhode Island:
