Car Wash Sales Associate The Car Wash Center - Groton, CT $20.00-$24.00 per hour with membership sales commission Full-Time & Part-Time Available If you like talking to people, enjoy selling, and want your effort to have a direct impact on what you earn, this may be a good fit. The Car Wash Center in Groton is hiring Sales Associates to help grow our membership base and deliver a great experience to every customer who visits our location. This is not a behind-the-counter customer service job. You'll be outside, interacting with customers throughout the day, explaining our wash options and memberships, answering questions, and turning first-time visitors into long-term members. You'll earn your hourly wage plus $2 for every new membership you sell , with a high volume of customers coming through the property every week. There's no cold calling and no lead lists. Your customers are already coming to you. Your job is to start the conversation, understand what they need, and make the sale. What You'll Do Talk with customers and recommend the right wash or membership for their needs Present and sell monthly unlimited wash memberships Build rapport quickly and create a positive customer experience Look for sales opportunities instead of waiting for customers to ask Explain membership benefits clearly and confidently Work with your team to hit sales and service goals Help maintain a clean, organized and professional property Assist with routine site and equipment checks as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are outgoing, competitive, dependable and comfortable starting conversations with strangers. Sales experience is helpful, but it isn't required. We care more about your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. Compensation Base Pay:

$17.00 per hour

Commission:
