Responsibilities Conduct personalized bra fitting sessions, ensuring accurate sizing and optimal comfort for each customer Assist customers with product selection, offering knowledgeable advice on fit, style, and fabric options Demonstrate product features through engaging demos to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction Manage retail transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash register operations and cash handling Upsell complementary products to maximize sales and enhance customer experience Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory levels Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Handle retail sales transactions accurately, including cash drawer handling and basic math calculations for change and totals Support store operations through merchandising efforts and ensuring the store environment is inviting and well-maintained Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in lingerie, apparel, or specialty retail environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team collaboration Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math is essential Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette to engage customers confidently Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence required Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising strategies, and stock management practices is advantageous Grocery store experience or similar fast-paced environments can be beneficial for adapting to our busy store atmosphere Join us to make a meaningful difference in our customers' lives by helping them find the perfect fit while advancing your career in a lively, supportive setting!
