This position is a combination of office and field work and is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, marketing, and making an impact every day. What You'll Do Generate qualified leads throughout the state of Delaware. Meet directly with homeowners and potential customers. Build relationships with local communities, businesses, and referral partners. Represent Apple Roofing at events, community functions, and networking opportunities. Utilize social media to increase brand awareness and generate new leads. Assist with digital marketing initiatives and online advertising campaigns. Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified appointments are scheduled. Help develop creative marketing ideas to grow the business. Qualifications Experience in the home improvement industry or another service-based business is required. Proven experience generating new leads and working directly with customers. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and Saturdays . Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow. Comfortable working both in an office environment and out in the field. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications Experience with digital marketing. Experience creating and managing social media advertising campaigns. Comfortable appearing in videos and creating social media content. Experience generating leads through Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
