Your Day, Already Planned We provide 4-5 qualified in-home appointments every day with homeowners who reached out to us for help. No cold calling. No door knocking. No chasing leads. Just real conversations with people who want answers. ?? What You'll Do ? Visit homeowners at scheduled appointments and get to know their home and their concerns ? Team up with a trained HVAC technician who inspects the system, then walk homeowners through the findings together ? Educate—explain how their heating and cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems work and what you're seeing ? Present clear, honest options at different price points so homeowners can decide with confidence ? Walk customers through financing, warranties, and maintenance plans ? Follow up and build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and rereferrals ? Use a tablet and simple digital tools to present options and manage your appointments ?? Who You Are ?? You genuinely enjoy talking with people—and you're a great listener ?? You're a true team player who thrives working side by side with a technician—when the team wins, the customer wins ?? You get real satisfaction from helping someone understand a problem and solve it ?? You explain things clearly and patiently, without pressure ?? You're curious and coachable—eager to learn the systems and the process ?? You're self-motivated and want your income to reflect your effort ?? You have a valid driver's license, a professional presence, and comfort using a tablet ??
