We are seeking a Salesperson, to bid jobs for our roof coating system..Construction and/or roofing knowledge helpful. Must be able to take pictures, measurements and speak professionally with potential customers. Some training provided.

Responsibilities:

Learn the roof coating system we use, so you can explain it to customers. Climb ladder. use basic hand held tools. Withstand the weather conditions. Take pictures of roofs. Take accurate measurements of roofs. Asses repairs. Type up proposals. Communicate with customers and office staff proficiently Requirements Proven supervisory experience in sales management within the construction industry. Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, customer service, and managerial communication skills. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Basic knowledge of tools. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of math. Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team management, training & development, and operational oversight. Previous assistant manager or managerial experience in a construction setting setting is preferred. Ability to maintain phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
