Candidates should be prepared to work holidays as needed. Management Duties Ability to lead and inspire staff. Constantly monitor performance of team members and continue projects and sales goals set forth Communicate expectations to team and recognize achievements. Evaluate the training needs of staff and communicate with managers Provide seamless experience for customers and able to resolve customer complaints in absence of store manager Maintain standards of dress code and professionalism Maintain store appearance Talent Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the guest. Recommending merchandise selections that help locate or obtain merchandise based on the customers needs or desires. Performing various sales and register/Ipad transactions. Is reliable, mature, able to work/communicate well with others. Friendly, patient and positive attitude! Utilizing the Pandora Selling Conversation Building customer relationships and providing excellent customer service. Ability to meet personal and company sales goals through sales techniques and training. Must be detail oriented and security conscious. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, campaigns, and product. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
