Job Description
Sell for a Builder That's Not Building the Same House as Everyone Else. Estela Living builds throughout six Florida communities, including Marion Oaks, Ocala Waterways, Sabana Reserve, Juliette Falls in Dunnellon, Rolling Hills, Palm Coast, and Sawmill Branch. We also offer a build-on-your-lot program for buyers who already own land.
Our homes range from 1,312 to 2,337 square feet , with 3 to 5-bedroom floor plans designed to feel personal, distinctive, and far from cookie-cutter. Why This Matters to Your Income? Most new home consultants have one way to sell. At Estela Living, you'll have two: Community sales provide consistent model-home traffic and buyer opportunities. Build-on-your-lot sales allow you to serve buyers who already own land and want a home designed around their property. Instead of losing buyers who don't fit a specific community, you'll have additional opportunities to convert them into customers and earn more commissions. What You'll Do Own the entire sales process from first visit through closing Guide buyers through floor plan selection, structural options, design choices, and financing Help build-on-your-lot buyers evaluate their land, select the right home plan, and understand the construction timeline Maintain disciplined follow-up in LASSO, where many of your future sales opportunities live Host and manage the model home, ensuring it remains welcoming and presentation-ready Stay informed on Palm Coast market conditions, including pricing, inventory, incentives, and competitive activity Deliver an outstanding customer experience that generates referrals and repeat business What You Need Active Florida real estate license, or the ability to obtain one before your start date Proven success closing sales in any industry Weekend availability, as this is when most buyers shop Reliable transportation for community visits and build-on-your-lot appointments What Will Move You to the Top of the List New home sales experience with a production, semi-custom, or custom builder Knowledge of the Palm Coast and Flagler County housing market Experience with build-on-your-lot, land-and-home packages, or custom home sales Strong CRM habits and consistent follow-up discipline Self-motivation and the ability to work independently Compensation $3,000 monthly draw against commission Commission paid on every closing Flat and tiered earning opportunities Realistic first-year earnings of $100,000 to $200,000+ , depending on performance and ramp-up Why Join Estela Living?
